Yes, we provide reliable delivery services across all districts in Sri Lanka. Orders within the Kandy and Colombo areas typically arrive within 2–3 business days, while outstation deliveries may take 3–5 business days depending on your location.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

We take great care in our quality control, but if an issue occurs, please notify us within 3–7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. Please email nuwaraosu@sltnet.lk or call +94 81 222 0696 with your order number and photographic evidence. Once we provide written authorization, we will process your replacement or refund within 7–14 business days.
