Established on 10th December 1942, The Kandy Ayurvedic Pharmacy Ltd - widely recognized under its trusted brand name NUWARA OSU - is one of Sri Lanka’s largest and most respected manufacturers, distributors, and exporters of Ayurvedic and herbal products.
With over 84 years of excellence, the company has remained steadfast in preserving Sri Lanka’s
indigenous Ayurvedic heritage while integrating modern quality management systems and

Once your order is placed, you can monitor its progress through our internal tracking system. You will receive an automated email notification at every stage of the process. When your package is officially handed over to our courier partner, we will notify you via email with a link to the courier’s tracking website. Additionally, our team will send your specific courier tracking number directly to you via WhatsApp for your convenience.
Yes, we provide reliable delivery services across all districts in Sri Lanka. Orders within the Kandy and Colombo areas typically arrive within 2–3 business days, while outstation deliveries may take 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Absolutely. All our products are crafted with a commitment to quality and authenticity. We have recently integrated our retail operations directly with our primary manufacturing sector to ensure that every item meets our high standards for safety and effectiveness before reaching your doorstep.
We take great care in our quality control, but if an issue occurs, please notify us within 3–7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. Once we provide written authorization, we will process your replacement or refund within 7–14 business days.
